What documents are needed to rent a car?
To rent a car, two documents with a photo are enough:
- Driving license
- ID card or passport
When do I pay for my rental car?
Payment is made when the contract is signed and the car is handed over. You can pay by credit or debit card. No need to pay in advance.
If you want to pay by transfer, the necessary condition for the delivery of the car is that the funds are credited to our account.
Is a deposit mandatory?
Yes, all reservations made at our rental company require a deposit. If everything is OK and the car is returned in the same condition, the deposit is refunded on the day the car is returned. The purpose of the deposit is to protect situations such as returning a car with an empty tank, a dirty car, e.g. with damaged upholstery, a broken element, etc.
Where can I pick up rented car?
Where you want. From our headquarters in Warsaw at Radziwie 3 Street, from Chopin airport, from Warsaw-Modlin or Warsaw-Radom airport. Or from any other airport in Poland. We also deliver cars to the doors of railway stations and door-to-door.
What is the mileage limit?
The standard daily limit is 300 kilometers or 3,000 kilometers per month for long-term rentals.
When renting a car, for example for four days, you can travel 1,200 km in the rental price. If you drive more, you will pay for the extra km when you return the car. It is possible to lift the kilometer limit or choose limitless option.
Can I drive a rental car abroad?
Yes, you can travel abroad with a car rented from Toleo Cars. The condition is that you arrange this option with us in advance.
Is the car fully fueled?
If you want to pick up a fully fueled car, let us know when booking. We offer "same to same" fuel policy.
Are the cars insured?
Yes, our cars have third party liability, AC and assistance insurance throughout the European Union.
What does "Deductible" mean?
It is a specific level of financial risk that the lessor assumes in the event of costs related to damage to the car. If the car is damaged, scratched, paint chips or broken elements appear during the rental, the client participates in the costs of its repair up to a certain level.
Can another person drive the car?
Yes, more than one driver can drive a car rented from Toleo Cars, but we must know about it.
What to do in the event of a collision or breakdown?
Contact us immediately at +48 734 000 515 and explain what happened. We will instruct you on how to proceed.
Do I have to clean the car before returning it?
If the car was picked-up clean, it should also be returned to the rental company clean. If you want to avoid additional costs associated with cleaning your car, it is best to clean it yourself. If you don't have the time, inclination or opportunity, we will do it for you and add the costs according to the price list.
Can I extend my car rental?
Yes, as long as the car is available, you can extend the rental. Just let us know 12 hours before the planned end of the lease.
Can I rent a car in one location and return it in another?
Yes, just select the place of pick-up and the place of return in the reservation.
