TERMS & CONDITIONS
Commercial Terms & Operational Support
- Contract Duration: 24 months.
- Pricing & Invoicing: All presented rates are net prices (excluding VAT). Applicable VAT will be added. A VAT invoice will be issued for all payments.
- Legal Basis: The rental is strictly based on a formal rental agreement. The General Rental Regulations constitute an integral part of the contract.
- Mileage Limit: 3,000 km per month per vehicle.
- Full Cover Insurance (which reduces the driver's liability/excess to 0 PLN) is included.
- Cross-Border Travel: A one-time administrative fee of 200 PLN applies for travel outside of Poland.
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance & Replacement Vehicle: In case of a breakdown or accident, we guarantee immediate support and a free replacement vehicle of the same or higher class.
- Dedicated Support: A dedicated account manager ensuring fast response times and strong operational support for your fleet.
